It was 1938 when Fela Anikulapo Kuti was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He grew up and became a multi-intrumentalist and composer, and created the Afrobeat, a music genre and style that changed the world. He also was a very prominent humanist and activist, not only for his country, but for all the African continent. He died in 1997, but his history is an inspiration for many people and his music legacy is celebrated for the eternity.
